Christmas Around the World!
Saturday, December 14, 1 – 4 pm
Pack your bags because we are about to jet set around the world on a Christmas adventure! Join artists Jennifer Adams and Larry Calkins traveling the continents and creating traditional Christmas crafts and mementos along the way! Paul and Phyllis Twedt’s piano students will also hold their annual Holiday Musicale from 11 am to 4 pm

Get ready for 2014 with MOG! Make your own unique conehead party hat with artist Jennifer Adams while enjoying tublar glass performance by Dean theDreamweaver! Studio 6 Ballroom will be dancing from 1- 4 pm. Visitors are welcome to join the fun!


Ongoing Hands-on Glass Experiences

Education Studio
Weekdays 11 am – 3 pm; Saturdays 12 – 4 pm; Sundays 1 – 4 pm
The Education Studio is an interactive, experiential learning space that provides visitors with creative opportunities for hands-on engagement with the ideas behind the glass.  Activities are designed to engage all visitors, from toddlers to senior citizens.  Each month a new hands-on art activity is presented that relates to a particular exhibition or Hot Shop application.
Make Your Own Glass: Fusing Workshops
Saturdays, 11 am – 4 pm; Sundays, 1 – 5 pm

Using colorful glass shards, stringers and frit, visitors can create a one-of-a-kind glass ornament or special gift. Workshops start on the hour (45 minute duration); last session begins at 3 pm on Saturdays, 4 pm on Sundays.
Cost: $38 / $32 members (price does not include Museum admission).  Suitable for ages 6 to adult
