The First Annual West Coast Bridal Show Case

On Saturday, December 31, 2011 from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, January 1, 2012 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm the Puyallup Fair and Event Center Americraft Showplex located at 110 9th Avenue SW in Puyallup, Washington will feature the West Coast Bridal Show Case. Jerri Turner and Talleen Foerster, co-producers of the West Coast Bridal Showcase plan to feature the event every January. Admission to the event is $8 through www.thefair.com and $10 at the door. Jerri explained details of the show case, “There will be free parking. We are offering a tasting room both days from 11 am to 2 pm so brides and their entourage can try samplings from catering companies like Joeseppi’s and The Vault along with sweets from our bakeries. We will have two fashion shows on Saturday and one on Sunday. London Couture will be the participating in the Vintage gown sale. Brides can enter to win a free wedding sponsored by Kelley Farm and the West Coast Bridal Show Case.” The wedding will be sponsored by Joeseppi’s, Streamside Photography, Wishes! Weddings & Events, Wanna Cupcake, Valerie’s Invites, Studio J Salon, First Light Photography, 3 Chicks Limousine, and A Formal Choice.

Jerri explained details of the fashion show and some of the donors, “DJ Scott Fijolek of 1stclassdj.com is our DJ/EMCEE for our fashion show. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and was named as one of the top 12 wedding and event DJ’s in the nation. Aria Style is our red carpet sponsor in event decor. Along with wedding decor they specialize in event decor with clients ranging from the Gates Foundation to Boeing and Microsoft.”

A little background on the co-producers of the showcase: Jerri Turner and Talleen Foerster have been in the service and wedding industry for over 20 years. Jerri is the owner of Sweets, Treats & Designs and co-owns Behind The Scene Events with Talleen. Talleen is known and respected throughout the industry as a creative mind with a flair for design. She has repeatedly designed and created booths, tables, and event spaces for The Tacoma Celebrity Waiters Luncheon, Zoobilee, and The Vault Catering. They believe that their client is their number one priority. Due to their professionalism, they are continually hired by private parties to design and plan their events. They are producing the West Coast Bridal Show Case to bring the “best of the best” in the Puget Sound area together under one roof. By offering gown sales, fashion shows, and a tasting room they know that brides will have the opportunity to plan their special day with friends and family in a stress-free environment.
